Job Overview

ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Solar PV Trainer who can provide classroom and practical hands-on training to students. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Solar PV systems, installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
- Train students on Solar PV installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
- Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
- Support workshops, certification programs, and other technical training activities.
- Explain solar PV concepts and practical procedures clearly to students.
- Ensure proper safety practices during practical training.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical,



Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
- Solar PV Installation certification is preferred.
- Good communication and practical training skills.
- Marathi language proficiency is required.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Solar PV systems.
- Comfortable conducting both classroom and practical training.
- Must have a laptop.
