You will own post-installation OM for our rooftop solar fleet across Delhi NCR - site visits, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, customer service tickets, and OEM coordination. This is a hands-on, field-heavy role for someone who knows inverters, batteries and PV systems inside out.
Responsibilities
- Run scheduled site visits for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve inverter, battery, and module faults in office
- Manage customer service tickets end-to-end with tight SLAs
- Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims, spares, and technical support
- Maintain accurate service logs, RCA reports, and AMC documentation
- Support AMC and rooftop teams with technical inputs during sales handovers
- Enforce QHSSE and safety compliance on every site
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / Mechanical engineering
- 2-7 years of solar OM, service engineering, or rooftop installation experience
- Hands-on with on-grid and hybrid inverters, BMS, and module-level troubleshooting
- Comfort with SCADA/monitoring tools, BOM preparation, and site documentation
- Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR sites
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
