We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from the Solar Industry who can manage projects end-to-end, right from client coordination to project execution and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage solar projects from lead generation to successful project execution and closure.
- Handle clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Visit client sites regularly and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and site activities.
- Resolve client and vendor issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales & marketing activities and generate recent business opportunities when required.
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy or related Industry
- Strong experience in Project Management, Client Handling, Vendor Management, and Field Execution.
- Good understanding of solar projects and installation processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from lead to execution and closure.
- Sales/Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
