Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in Solar EPC Sales. The role involves generating current business, managing B2B and B2C customers, developing leads, conducting site visits, and converting opportunities into solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Develop and manage B2B industrial and commercial solar opportunities.
- Handle B2C residential solar sales and customer requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead pipelines,



customer details, and follow-up reports.
- Manage the assigned territory and travel as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Solar EPC Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in both B2B industrial/commercial and B2C residential solar sales.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong lead generation, field sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Solar EPC and rooftop solar solutions.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development.
- Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
