About the RoleChemi Tech Group is looking for an experienced and hands-on Solar Engineer to support our solar projects and service cases across India. The role will be based out of our Noida office but will involve frequent travel to customer and project sites.

The candidate should have practical experience in solar installations and should be comfortable independently visiting sites, understanding technical requirements, identifying issues and coordinating with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Prepare and verify site measurements, layouts and technical requirements.
- Supervise solar module, MMS, inverter, DC/AC cable and other BoS installation.
- Coordinate with installation contractors, customers and project teams.
- Monitor installation quality, safety and adherence to approved drawings.
- Troubleshoot technical and installation-related issues at site.
- Verify module orientation, tilt, structure alignment and installation quality.
- Assist with testing, commissioning and project handover.




- Prepare site visit reports, photographs, measurements and progress updates.
- Coordinate with the Noida office for material, design and technical requirements.
- Travel to project sites across India whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in solar projects/solar installation is mandatory.
- Practical understanding of solar modules, MMS, inverters, DC/AC cabling and BoS components.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and solar layouts.
- Comfortable working at project sites and interacting directly with customers and contractors.
- Willingness to undertake frequent Pan-India travel is mandatory.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with hands-on rooftop solar installation and commissioning experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability.

Base Location: Noida
