Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and software testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing and defect management.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Good understanding of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive application testing.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, sanity, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
- Analyze requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios covering positive and negative test cases.
- Conduct web and mobile application testing across different devices, browsers, and operating environments.
