- We are looking for a Software Tester Intern who is interested in learning how software is tested and how real-world applications are delivered. You will work closely with our development and QA team to test web applications, find bugs, and make sure the product works as expected.
- This is a positive opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in Software Testing and gain practical experience by working on live projects.
- Training on automated testing will be provided
What Youll Do
- Test websites and web applications manually.
- Understand requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute test cases and report bugs clearly.
- Retest bugs after they are fixed and verify the fixes.
- Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing.
- Test applications on different browsers and screen sizes.
- Work with developers to understand and resolve issues.
- Maintain test cases and testing documentation.
- Participate in daily team discussions and project meetings.
- Get exposure to automation testing as part of the learning process.
- Explore and learn new testing tools and technologies used in real projects.
What Were Looking For
- Basic understanding of Software Testing and SDLC & STLC.
- Knowledge of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.
- Basic understanding of web applications.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with the development team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing is an advantage.
- Interest in learning automation testing and new technologies.
