Arlanto is looking for a motivated Fresher Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a robust foundation in manual testing/automation, good programming fundamentals, and a genuine interest in building a career in software quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
- Perform manual testing/automation testing of web applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to understand and resolve issues.
- Contribute to automation testing using Selenium as you develop your skills.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and test case design.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing.
- Good programming fundamentals in Java.
- Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver.
- Familiarity with TestNG / JUnit and Page Object Model is preferred.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Basic API Testing knowledge is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
