? About SprayNSlay

SprayNSlay is an early-stage startup on a mission to democratise access to luxury fragrances — making premium fragrances affordable, convenient, and available on demand, one spray at a time.

We’re building a new fragrance experience through smart, self-service fragrance kiosks that bring curated luxury scents to places where people live, work, study, and travel.

Our technology sits at the intersection of hardware, embedded systems, Android applications, cloud infrastructure, payments, security, and consumer experience .

As an early-stage startup, you won't just be another person on a large team. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, work closely with developers and product teams, experiment, learn, and directly contribute to products being built from the ground up.

? About the Role

As a Software Quality Assurance Intern , you'll help ensure that our applications and systems work reliably and deliver a smooth experience to our users.

You'll work closely with developers and product team members to identify issues, test new features, document bugs, and continuously improve our QA processes.

?️ What You'll Do

- Perform manual and automated testing of applications and software features.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios .
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software bugs.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing .
- Test applications across different devices and environments.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting and debugging software problems.
- Maintain clear documentation of testing processes and results.




- Contribute ideas to improve testing methodologies and product quality.
- Learn and work with modern QA tools, frameworks, and technologies.

? What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of software testing and QA methodologies .
- Familiarity with manual testing and an interest in automated testing.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or a similar language .
- Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or similar tools is a plus.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate bugs, issues, and observations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Genuine interest in software quality and user experience.

⭐ Nice to Have
- Exposure to mobile application testing , particularly Android.
- Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman.
- Experience with Selenium or other automation frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub .
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Basic programming experience in Java or Python.
- Interest in technology, consumer products, or luxury fragrances.
