About:

Responsible for end-to-end product development and team management, driving Scrum and sprint execution, overseeing software architecture, testing and delivery management, promoting AI tool adoption, and ensuring accurate management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product development, from planning through release, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.

- Manage and mentor the software development team, allocating work and tracking individual and team performance.

- Own Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives — to keep sprint execution on track.

- Define and review software architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of products.

- Oversee product delivery management, coordinating across development, QA, and pre-sales/technical teams to meet timelines.

- Drive software testing processes, ensuring adequate test coverage and quality releases before deployment.

- Identify and champion the adoption of AI tools and practices to improve team productivity and product quality.

- Manage project and process workflows, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards,



and PPTs for management, summarizing sprint progress, delivery status, and risks.

- Identify bottlenecks in product development and delivery, and implement corrective actions proactively.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices in software development and delivery.

Skills

- Strong experience in product development and cross-functional team management.

- Hands-on expertise in Scrum and sprint management.

- Sound understanding of software architecture and design principles.

- Proven track record in product delivery management.

- Working knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical adoption in software teams.

- Strong project and process management skills.

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
