Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi/Kotchi India, focused on marketing and promoting Bentley engineering software such as ADINA, PLAXIS, and AutoPIPE. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients in the marine, offshore, and oil and gas sectors, presenting software capabilities, and developing tailored marketing strategies to increase market penetration. The team member will conduct product demonstrations, coordinate technical discussions with engineering staff, and support clients in understanding software applications for their projects.

Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, maintaining relationships with existing clients,



and collaborating with internal engineering and training teams to align marketing initiatives with technical offerings. The role may also involve organizing and supporting training sessions, seminars, and workshops to showcase the software’s capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in software marketing and sales within engineering domains, including experience promoting technical software such as ADINA, PLAXIS, AutoPIPE, or similar analysis tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management and business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical communication and presentation, including the ability to explain complex engineering software features in transparent, accessible language to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research and strategy development, including analyzing industry trends, identifying target segments, and planning campaigns for the marine and offshore sectors.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of structural or subsea engineering concepts, or prior exposure to engineering design and analysis workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field; a background in mechanical, civil, offshore, or marine engineering is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in standard office and presentation tools, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
