About the role

- This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise i n systems programmi ng , networki ng , concurren cy, an d performance optimization

Roles & Responsibilit ies

- 3–6 years of qualified experience building production systems in Rust.
- Expert knowledge of core Rust concepts: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming (Tokio or async-std).
- Must have 2+ years of experience with a web framework such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.
- Knowledge of building and consuming REST and gRPC services.
- Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) is a plus.
- Relational and/or embedded databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL,



SQLite (via Diesel or SQLx).
- Git & Git workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
- Docker and Kubernetes basics.
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Creative, independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technology.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around memory safety and concurrency issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of systems-level design patterns and performance optimization.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and CI tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
