Senior Blue Prism Developer

Experience

5–8+ Years of overall IT experience with 3–5+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience.

Primary Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), and technical specifications.
- Develop reusable Blue Prism objects and processes following best practices.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related incidents and defects.
- Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and stability.
- Collaborate with Business SMEs, Operations Teams, IT Teams, and Project Managers.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organization security, audit, and governance standards.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Blue Prism development (v6.x/v7.x).
- Expertise in Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room,



Work Queues, Credential Manager, and Environment Variables.
- Experience with exception handling, queue management, and logging frameworks.
- Knowledge of API integrations, Web Services, REST/SOAP.
- Experience with SQL queries and database concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Shift Timings

12 pm to 9:30 pm

Work mode-

Hybrid (Preferred) – 2–3 days/week from office and remaining days remote.

Willingness to support global stakeholders across different time zones.

Availability for occasional production deployments, hypercare support, and critical releases outside standard business hours.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business, operations, infrastructure, and development teams in a distributed environment., Project Code :
