Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer - Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)

We are looking for a SE/SSE - Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) with 2-6 years of experience to build shared business logic and reusable components across Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong Kotlin expertise, hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, and a deep understanding of modern mobile architecture to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance cross-platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop shared modules and reusable libraries using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Build and maintain cross-platform business logic for Android and iOS applications.
- Collaborate with Android and iOS teams to maximize code reuse and ensure platform consistency.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and modular application architecture.
- Improve developer productivity through reusable components, libraries, and tooling.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Ensure high code quality by following engineering best practices and clean coding standards.

Minimum Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Strong understanding of Coroutines and Flow.
- Experience with Ktor for networking.
- Knowledge of Kotlin Serialization.
- Positive understanding of Clean Architecture principles.
- Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks, preferably Koin.
- Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.




- Proficiency with Git for version control.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Compose Multiplatform (CMP).
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for Android.
- Understanding of Swift/iOS interoperability.
- Experience using SQLDelight or Room.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with Modular Architecture.
- Experience migrating Android applications to Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Experience building shared SDKs or reusable libraries.
- Strong understanding of cross-platform architecture and mobile engineering best practices.
