About the Role

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with our customers, end users, and founding team.

You'll understand customer workflows end-to-end, identify where software and AI can make a meaningful difference, and build the solution—whether that's custom software, a multi-agent system, a data pipeline, or an end-to-end automation.



You'll work directly with customers and own solutions from problem → architecture → code → production → iteration.

We move fast, care deeply about engineering quality, and build solutions with measurable ROI.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years qualified software engineering experience
- Full-stack engineering; backend leaning
- TypeScript / Node.js, Python, or Java and React for frontend
- Professional experience building, deploying and monitoring AI agents, and RAG systems. Building evals and guardrails are just as important to you.
- Google Cloud / AWS, docker, CI/CD
- Fast learner across unfamiliar stacks
- AI-native development using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar

Valuable to Have

- Experience in regulated industries
- LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
- Claude agent tooling / managed agents
- SAP / Salesforce / ERP integrations
