About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Software Engineer with strong fundamentals in Mathematics, Computer Science, Programming, and Analytical Problem-Solving.

The candidate should have a strong foundation in OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms, along with hands-on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Key Requirements

Computer Science & Programming

- Strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language.
- JavaScript/TypeScript or C#/.NET preferred.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and complexity.

Generative AI
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts.

- Working knowledge of

- Prompt Engineering
- Embeddings & Vector Databases

- RAG

- AI Agents

- Tool / Function Calling

- LLM context and memory
- Medium-level knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
- Hands-on AI/LLM project experience is highly desirable.

Strong Plus

ML / Deep Learning

- Experience with any ML or Deep Learning project.
- Candidates who can demonstrate and explain their project,



architecture, algorithms, and results will have a strong advantage.
- Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Transformers, or LLM applications is a plus.

Lending / FinTech

- Knowledge of Lending, Banking, NBFC, or FinTech is an advantage.
- Exposure to Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, KYC, CIBIL, EMI calculations, or Risk Assessment is a plus.
