ServiceNow Developer (TSM / TSOM / OMT / ITOM / CSM / CMDB) - Need 45 profiles

- Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow Development.
- Robust hands-on experience in TSM, TSOM, OMT, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
- Experience in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and workflow development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Strong understanding of Telecom Order Management and Fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with TM Forum APIs and telecom ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Exposure to Logik.ai, CLMPro, and CPQ platforms is mandatory/preferred.




- Experience in Service Catalog and workflow automation.
- Ability to design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD) will be an added advantage.
