? We’re Hiring | Software Development Engineer – Robotics

We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer – Robotics who loves solving complex engineering problems and wants to build software that powers the next generation of intelligent robotic systems. ?

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work on real-world robotics challenges.

? What You’ll Work On

- Design, develop, debug, and deploy software for robotic systems
- Build productive, scalable, and reusable C++ applications
- Develop and optimize robotics software for navigation, motion planning, localization, and system integration
- Work with ROS/ROS2 and robotics simulators such as Gazebo, Webots, or Stage
- Implement and work with SLAM algorithms such as GMapping, Cartographer, RTAB-Map, and GraphSLAM
- Develop path-planning solutions using A*, Dijkstra, RRT, and related algorithms
- Integrate sensors such as LiDAR and IMU
- Work with communication protocols including TCP, MQTT, DDS, and ZMQ
- Build POCs, evaluation pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization solutions
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop effective, scalable solutions

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–5 years of relevant software development experience

✅ BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related engineering discipline





✅ Strong expertise in C++ and Object-Oriented Programming

✅ Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

✅ Hands-on experience with Python, Bash, Linux, and CMake

✅ Experience with ROS/ROS2

✅ Understanding of SLAM, path planning, robot kinematics, and sensor integration

✅ Experience with Git/Bitbucket and unit testing frameworks
