About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, backend services, APIs, databases, and AI-enabled solutions.

The developer will work closely with the Senior Software Engineer / Technical Reporting Manager, taking ownership of assigned modules, features, debugging, and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain web applications using React.js / Next.js, JavaScript & TypeScript

● Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

● Work with MongoDB, SQL and MySQL databases.

● Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.

● Integrate AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered features into business applications.

● Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend, backend, database, and mobile application issues.

● Perform testing, identify root causes,



and deliver reliable fixes.

● Work with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Docker.

● Support applications deployed on GCP/AWS.

● Take ownership of assigned features from development through testing and deployment.

● Collaborate with the Senior Software Engineer on technical decisions, architecture, complex debugging, and production issues.

● Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Required Skills
