1. Position Overview

NDS runs Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/CRM and Operations) as a core business application, alongside a growing push towards AI-driven automation across sales, CRM, and operations, in service of an aggressive revenue growth target.

We're looking for a hands-on developer who can do both halves of this job credibly: keep Dynamics customizations,integrations, and support running without heavy dependence on external consultants, and build new automation and AI-driven tooling that sits alongside or on top of it. This is not a pure Dynamics maintenance role it's a builder who also owns Dynamics.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Microsoft Dynamics Development & Support

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 across Sales/CRM and Operations: entities, forms, workflows, plugins, business rules.
- Write and maintain C#/.NET code and SQL (stored procedures, queries, schema work) supporting Dynamics customizations.
- Build integrations between Dynamics and other systems (WhatsApp, email, reporting tools, other business applications) via APIs/webhooks.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics issues directly, acting as first line before escalating to external consultants.

B. Automation & AI Tooling

- Identify manual, repetitive work across Sales, CRM, Accounts, Production, and Marketing; build automations that remove it.
- Work with LLM APIs (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Power Automate, or equivalent) to build agentic workflows WhatsApp/email monitoring, auto-summarization, lead routing, follow-up nudges.




- Build small internal applications and utilities using Python and/or JavaScript/Node where Dynamics isn't the right vehicle.

C. Business Application Support

- Understand business processes well enough to convert a verbal ask from a non-technical user into a working Dynamics change or standalone tool without multiple rounds of back-and-forth.
- Support users directly on application issues before they become vendor tickets.

D. IT & Data Operations

- Support data accuracy, access control, and basic security hygiene across Dynamics and other business applications.
- Assist with data migration, integration, and reporting for ongoing digitization efforts.

3. Required Technical Skills

Must Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales/CRM and Operations modules hands-on customization experience (entities,workflows, plugins, forms).
- C# / .NET for Dynamics plugin and customization work.
- SQL Server queries, stored procedures, schema work.
- Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js for automation and tooling work outside Dynamics.
- Experience integrating systems via REST APIs/webhooks.
- Git / version control.

Strongly Preferred

- Exposure to LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
- Prior experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging-platform integrations.

Nice to Have

- Java.
- Experience with Dynamics in a manufacturing or B2B sales environment specifically.

4. Candidate Profile We're looking for someone who:

- Can own a real enterprise system (Dynamics)



end to end, not just script around it.
- Would rather build a tool or automation that eliminates a task than manage a workaround for it.
- Can go from an unstructured, messy manual process to a working first version without heavy specification.
- Communicates well with non-technical users (Sales, CRM, Accounts teams).
- Is genuinely curious about AI/LLM tooling and picks it up fast.

5. Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, B.Tech/BE (CS/IT), or equivalent. Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus, not a requirement.
- 24 years, with real hands-on Dynamics 365 development or customization experience across Sales/CRM and Operations. Automation/AI exposure is a strong differentiator among Dynamics-qualified candidates.

7. Success in This Role (First 6 Months)

- Takes over at least one class of Dynamics change/support work previously handled by an external consultant.
- Ships at least one internal tool or automation into daily active use by a non-IT team.
- Measurably reduces the time cost of at least one named manual task.
- Builds working familiarity with NDS's Dynamics setup, CRM/sales data, and processes within the first month.
