Software Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using up-to-date front-end and back-end technologies.
- Contribute to backend development using Java, Spring Boot, or other relevant frameworks.
- Design, develop, and consume REST APIs to integrate with multiple systems.
- Debug, test, and improve application performance to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to plan, prioritize, and complete project tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best coding practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain well-structured, modular, and efficient code to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support to team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, or relevant internship experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.




- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Java 8 and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and containerization.
- Version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
- Research experience in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and architecture.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tooling.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
