About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and professional Software Developer to join our technology team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing our in-house HRMS (Human Resource Management System) portal as well as supporting and improving the company's official website.

The ideal candidate should have robust software development fundamentals, good problem-solving abilities, experience working with web applications, and the ability to independently manage development tasks from requirement analysis through deployment and maintenance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who wants to take ownership of internal technology products and contribute to building scalable, secure, and user-friendly business applications.

Key Responsibilities1. HRMS Portal Development l Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's in-house HRMS platform.

l Build modules such as Employee Management, Attendance & Leave Management, Employee Onboarding, Payroll/Salary-related integrations, Performance Management, Recruitment/Applicant Management, Reports & Dashboards.

l Develop user-friendly and responsive interfaces.

l Integrate the HRMS with third-party APIs and internal systems where required.

l Ensure proper database design, data integrity, security, and access control.

l Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production problems.

2. Company Website Development & Maintenance l Develop new website features and functionality.

l Maintain and improve the existing company website.

l Optimize website performance, responsiveness, security, and usability.

l Implement new pages, forms, integrations, and business requirements.

l Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

l Monitor and resolve website-related technical issues.

3. Software Development & Engineering l Write clean, scalable,



maintainable, and well-documented code.

l Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).

l Perform testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities.

l Develop reusable components and follow coding best practices.

l Work with databases and optimize queries where required.

l Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, and security practices.

l Maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.

4. Collaboration l Work closely with HR, management, operations, and other departments to understand requirements.

l Convert functional requirements into technical specifications.

l Provide realistic development timelines and regular project updates.

l Collaborate with designers, testers, and other developers when required.

l Provide technical support and training to internal users where necessary.

Required Qualifications l Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

l 2–5 years of professional software development experience.

l Robust understanding of web application development and software engineering principles.

l Practical experience with frontend and backend development.

l Good knowledge of databases and SQL.

l Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

l Understanding of authentication, authorization, data security, and application performance.

l Good debugging and problem-solving skills.





l Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as:

Frontend:HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js / Angular / Vue.js

Backend:Node.js / PHP / Python / .NET / Java or other relevant backend technologies

Database:MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server / MongoDB

Other Skills:

Candidates do not need to know every technology listed above. Strong practical expertise in the technology stack used by the company will be given preference.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month The final compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, current skill level, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
