Candidate Skills Requirements:
- Experience in Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask
- Experience in working with Git CI/CD
- Experience with databases of different types
- Valuable knowledge of HTML5, Angular and JQuery
- Previous work experience in hosting django applications
- Experience in OpenSSL, TLS configurations and Public Key Infrastructure
- Experience in OWASP standards
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement robust applications using Python/Django/Flask or C#.
- Build scalable backend services and integrate with various databases.
- Ensure applications meet security best practices (OpenSSL, TLS, PKI, OWASP).
Project Delivery & Quality
- Deliver high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git.
- Deploy and host Django applications in secure environments.
- Ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime in deployments.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Review code for best practices, scalability, and security.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver value-added solutions.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of technical issues.
- Generate work completion certificates and achieve customer satisfaction milestones.
