C++ (core modules / performance-critical components) and C# / .NET (services, APIs, application layer)

Video (Mandatory)

Codecs (H.264 / H.265 / AV1), Compression, GOP / I-P-B frames, Transcoding





Frameworks/Libraries

FFmpeg, GStreamer, OpenCV, Media Foundation / DirectShow

Protocols

RTSP, RTP/RTCP, WebRTC, HLS, SRT, ONVIF

Integration

Third-Party SDKs, REST/gRPC APIs, In-house Camera Drivers
