What You'll Do

- Write Tests First: Start by writing tests to ensure code quality
- Clean Code: Produce self-explanatory, clean code with predictable results
- Frequent Releases: Make frequent, small releases
- Pair Programming: Work in pairs for better results
- Peer Reviews: Conduct peer code reviews for continuous improvement
- Product Team: Collaborate in a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes
- Full Stack Ownership: Handle everything from the front end to the back end, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines

Requirements4+ years of experience in ReactJS, Node, TypeScript, LLMs and PostgreSQL

Comfortable working with Claude or other AI-powered tools

Prior experience with Chrome extensions is preferred

Good to have - Next.js, HTML, CSS, DOM APIs

Strong problem-solving attitude and a bias for action

You'll want a schedule elastic enough to reach into West Coast mornings (up to 3 AM IST) — start late, take a break mid-day, whatever keeps your energy matched to the overlap

Experience with browser testing frameworks, ex. Puppeteer, Playwright, etc.

Deep understanding of DOM manipulation, browser APIs and web standards

Asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await)

Robust debugging skills (Browser devtools/JavaScript)

Knowledge of web security concepts and cross-origin restrictions

Familiarity with Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment

Interest in mastering technologies like web frameworks, TDD, CI tools, and performance optimization
