Role: Asset Manager & CMDB Lead The Asset & CMDB Lead is responsible for leading the organization's IT Asset Management (ITAM)

and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) functions. This role ensures effective governance, lifecycle management, compliance, and optimization of IT assets while maintaining an accurate and reliable CMDB that supports Incident, Change, Problem, Security, and Service

Management processes.

The position serves as the single point of accountability for asset inventory accuracy, software and hardware lifecycle management, CMDB governance, service mapping, discovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Management
