We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Java and SQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Core Java, database concepts, logical and analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java.
- Write, optimize, and maintain efficient SQL queries.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Understand business and technical requirements and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and follow established coding and development standards.
- Contribute to maintaining code quality,
performance, and application reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, and Exception Handling.
- Positive knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs will be an added advantage.
