Soft Skills Trainer / PDP Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Qualified Etiquette.
- Develop students’ confidence, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, and interview skills.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, mock interviews, presentations, role plays, and public speaking.
- Prepare training material, assessments, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with faculty/placement teams for student development and employability initiatives.
- Monitor student participation and provide individual feedback wherever required.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Postgraduate in relevant field.
- Relevant experience in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Corporate Training, or Employability Skills preferred.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and training aptitude may also be considered.
