Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants, focusing on communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
- Develop curriculum materials, such as lesson plans, presentations, and handouts, using adult learning principles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (e.g., education).
- Robust understanding of soft skills concepts including communication, personality development, and learning & development.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating effective presentation materials using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint slides).
