Job Summary:

Adithya Institute is looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer with a strong technical background (B.E. degree) to train and develop students in communication, personality development, and employability skills. The candidate should be capable of bridging technical knowledge with essential workplace soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership
- Train students on interview skills, group discussions, and corporate etiquette
- Integrate technical background with soft skill development for engineering students
- Design training modules, materials, and activities
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct mock interviews and placement-oriented training
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams

Required Skills:





- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of corporate expectations and workplace behavior
- Ability to train and mentor engineering students
- Confident, energetic, and engaging personality
- Valuable organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

- B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) – Mandatory, Or Relevant experience
- Certification in Soft Skills / Training & Development (preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer / Trainer / Faculty

Salary:

- As per experience and industry standards
