We are looking for an experienced Executive Soft Services to manage and coordinate soft services operations at the site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, service quality, hygiene, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the site.
- Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, pest control, waste management and other soft services.
- Manage and monitor manpower deployment, attendance and shift schedules.
- Ensure proper housekeeping standards, hygiene and cleanliness across the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
- Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily/monthly reports, checklists and service records.
- Monitor consumables, cleaning materials and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOP,



HSE and safety standards.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audits, inspections and other facility-related activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 26 years of experience in Soft Services / Facility Management.
- Experience in housekeeping and facility operations.
- Positive manpower handling and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
