Job Summary

Webchefz Infotech is hiring a Social Media Strategist with strong experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, Content Strategy, Lead Generation, and Paid Social Media Campaigns .

The candidate will independently handle social media strategy, content planning, social media management, paid campaigns, audience research, competitor analysis, lead generation, analytics, and reporting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan Content Strategy, Content Calendar, Content Marketing, and platform-specific content .
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube .
- Drive B2B Lead Generation through organic and paid social media.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social Media / Performance Marketing Campaigns .
- Conduct Competitor Analysis, Audience Research & Market Research .
- Track Social Media Analytics, Engagement, Leads, conversions, and campaign performance .




- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations .
- Use AI tools for content research, ideation, creation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales & Design teams for effective marketing execution.
- Take end-to-end ownership of social media and content initiatives.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
- Solid hands-on experience in B2B Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation .
- Proven experience in Social Media Strategy and Content Strategy .
- Experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube .
- Hands-on experience with Paid Social Media / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads .
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics .
- Ability to work independently with complete ownership .
- Experience working across multiple industries/business segments is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation is preferred.
