Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen R&Co; Global’s online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate engagement and business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Research current social media trends, content formats, and audience interests.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to collect project photos, videos, and updates.
- Develop creative content ideas for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, leads, and content performance.
- Plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content follows the company’s brand identity and professional image.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends for relevant insights.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and other team members when required.




- Stay updated with Instagram/Meta algorithm changes and emerging social media trends.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media marketing.
- Excellent content planning and creative thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of current Reels and social media trends.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good visual sense and understanding of branding.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Experience with Canva or similar content tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management/strategy is preferred.
- Portfolio of previous social media work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
