Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning and executing the brand’s social media presence across key platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing channel-specific content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing profiles and content for reach and engagement, and monitoring campaign performance.

The role involves analyzing audience insights, trends, and platform analytics to refine social media tactics and achieve growth, engagement, and brand awareness goals. The Social Media Strategist will coordinate with content creators, design teams,



and other stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and support broader marketing and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Public Relations abilities to engage audiences, handle online interactions professionally, and support brand reputation.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaigns, and tailoring messaging to different audience segments.
- Comfort with social media analytics tools, KPI tracking, and reporting to guide data-informed decisions.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital formats (short video, stories, live content).
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, brand management, or community building is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
