About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and AI-savvy Social Media Strategist & Content/Script Writer who can turn ideas, projects and real-estate insights into engaging content that builds brand visibility, audience engagement and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, content strategy and AI-powered content creation tools.

Key Responsibilities l Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

l Write compelling social media posts, captions, reels, video scripts, ad copies, blogs and campaign content.

l Create engaging short-form video/reel scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and CTAs.

l Research real-estate trends, competitors, audience behaviour and trending content formats.

l Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.

l Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Video and Design teams to execute content campaigns.

l Convert project information into simple, engaging and customer-focused content.

l Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

l Stay updated with Instagram/Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and emerging social-media trends.





l AI Skills – Mandatory l Strong practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation, research, ideation and productivity.

Ability to use AI for:

l Content ideation & brainstorming l Script writing and refinement l Caption and copy creation l Content research l Trend analysis l Content re purposing l Creating content variations for different platforms l Good understanding of prompt writing / prompt engineering and ability to get high-quality outputs from AI tools.

l Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, CapCut AI or similar platforms is preferred.

l Ability to combine AI-generated ideas with strong human creativity, brand voice and storytelling.

Required Skills l Excellent English writing and communication skills.

l Robust creative writing and storytelling ability.

l Excellent understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.

l Strong knowledge of hooks, CTAs, storytelling and audience psychology.

l Ability to write content that is creative, concise and conversion-focused.

l Strong research and trend-spotting skills.

l Real-estate/content marketing experience will be an advantage.
