Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to manage and grow Designoweb s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The ideal candidate should understand the IT services and digital technology space and be able to turn technical offerings into engaging social media content.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Designoweb s IT services, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX, digital marketing, and technology solutions.

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and social media activities.

- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other visual content.

- Design social media creatives using Canva while maintaining brand consistency.

- Edit short-form videos/reels with good understanding of transitions, pacing, captions, and basic motion effects.

- Write basic and engaging captions, post copy, hooks, and CTAs.

- Research industry trends, competitors, hashtags, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.

- Manage regular posting and monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth.





- Analyse social media performance and prepare basic reports with actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the design, marketing, HR, and business development teams for campaigns and company updates.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and content styles.

Required Skills

- 1 3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Strategy or Digital Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

- Good knowledge of Canva and social media creative designing.

- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.

- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Good understanding of content strategy, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement.

- Basic content writing and communication skills.

- Ability to understand and present IT/technology services in a simple and engaging manner.

- Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
