Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Specialist at Arch Events.

The Social Media

Specialist will manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing. The role involves developing social media campaigns aligned with brand and marketing goals, engaging with the online community, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, skilled manner. The specialist will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies to increase reach,



engagement, and lead generation. Collaboration with the events and design teams will be essential to create visually compelling and story-driven content that showcases Arch Events’ projects and brand identity.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video content.
- Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles, particularly brand awareness and audience targeting.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in events, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
