Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing posts, and responding to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

You will collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop digital campaigns, support brand awareness and community building, and stay up to date with platform trends and best practices. The role also involves analyzing insights, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.




- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing visually and verbally compelling posts.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and adapt tone to different audiences.
- Ability to use social media analytics tools, interpret data, and apply insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably in lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand messaging.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and an understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
