Responsibilities

- Experience: 3–5 years (B2B marketing experience preferred)
- Department: Marketing
- Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a social media qualified to own Novac’s social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- The role involves creating B2B-focused content strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with content/design teams, publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.




- Create platform-specific strategies and engaging B2B content.
- Coordinate with content/design teams for posts, carousels, videos, and campaigns.
- Handle publishing, engagement, and social media optimization.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights.
- Support product launches, webinars, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills

- B2B marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience in managing social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Ability to create B2B-focused content strategies.
- Experience in managing content calendars and coordinating with content/design teams.
- Skills in publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

Preferred Skills

- B2B FinTech/InsurTech social media strategy experience.
