Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Thane. The specialist will manage Pureverse’s social media presence across platforms, including planning and executing content calendars, posting daily updates, and engaging with the online community.

Responsibilities include creating compelling social media content that highlights products, organic lifestyle tips, behind-the-scenes stories, and farmer-centric narratives, as well as coordinating campaigns for new product launches and special offers. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns,



collaborating with marketing and design teams, and ensuring brand consistency in all digital communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns and growing brand presence.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including copywriting, basic design coordination, and multimedia content collaboration.
- Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging audiences, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the brand voice.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to analyze performance data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prior experience in FMCG, organic products, or health and wellness brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a quick-paced environment.
