Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Srifix Studios’ social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content according to the content calendar.
- Work with the content designer, video editor, content writer, and marketing team to create engaging social media posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, content formats, and social media trends.
- Assist in developing creative content ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Write and optimize captions, hashtags, and basic social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and maintain professional communication.
- Track basic social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Assist in preparing monthly/weekly content calendars and social media reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content.




- Valuable communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, engagement, and social media analytics.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior social media experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Duration: 93 days + 6 days training

Location: Work from Home

Working Days: 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 3 flexible working hours (within 24 hours)
