Roles & Responsibilities-
- Maintain monthly content planners for all social media channels.
- Post consistently on TikTok, X (Twitter) and Pinterest.
- Support scheduling, captions and day-to-day posting across channels.
- Give the team more bandwidth for new ideas, trends and creative content.
- Support lead management once Siddhi is replaced.
- Check the Click Connector daily, especially for negative comments and queries.
- Monitor comments/DMs and flag anything requiring attention.
- Keep content trackers and live-post links updated.
- Support basic social reporting and competitor/trend research.
