We are looking for a creative, energetic, and internet-savvy Social Media Intern to help manage, grow, and engage our online community across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

In this role, you will work closely with our core team to brainstorm content ideas, create visual assets, edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), write snappy copy, and track social analytics. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real portfolio-worthy campaigns in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Ideation: Brainstorm engaging hooks, carousels, memes, and short-form video concepts (Reels, TikTok/Shorts) tailored to our audience.
- Copywriting: Write clear, conversational, and catchy captions, tweets, and post descriptions with relevant hashtags and CTAs.
- Basic Design & Editing: Produce clean visuals using Canva or Adobe Suite and edit quick, dynamic video clips using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN.
- Publishing & Scheduling:



Maintain a weekly social media content calendar and schedule posts during peak engagement windows.
- Community Engagement: Monitor notifications, reply to comments, direct messages, and engage with relevant creator and industry discussions.
- Trend & Competitor Research: Track emerging social media formats, audio trends, and competitor activity to pitch fresh content experiments.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in reviewing weekly metrics (impressions, profile visits, engagement rate, follower growth) and report on what worked.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
