Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Daily tasks include supporting campaign strategy, scheduling posts, monitoring channel performance, and responding to comments or messages under guidance.

The role also involves researching trends, competitors, and audience preferences, collaborating with the marketing team on digital initiatives, and preparing basic performance reports.



The intern will contribute ideas for creative content, influencer collaborations, and online brand-building activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles to support brand growth and campaign objectives.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, stories, and short-form content.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for transparent messaging and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Interest or coursework in marketing, communications, media, or a related field; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and familiarity with content scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Jamshedpur within a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort with basic analytics (reach, engagement, impressions) and willingness to learn performance tracking and reporting.
