About the Role

Mobyink Innovations is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can take ownership of social media accounts for multiple brands, build engaging content strategies, and ensure consistent growth across platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, brand communication, and analytics, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars based on brand objectives.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design, Video Editing and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Write and review captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
- Research and identify trending reels, formats, sounds, topics and content ideas relevant to different brands.
- Plan and execute Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and other social media formats.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity and communication across platforms.
- Schedule and publish content while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor social media performance through insights and analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, followers and other relevant KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram and social media trends, algorithms and platform updates.
- Engage with audiences by monitoring comments, DMs and relevant interactions.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid social media activities.
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Valuable knowledge of content strategy and social media trends.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create engaging hooks, captions and content concepts.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with creative/design teams will be an advantage.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Canva or other content/design tools.
- Experience in an agency environment.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags and keyword optimization.
- Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
