What if your next college project was building a travel brand from scratch? ✈️

Escape Story is being built by a team with 12+ years of combined experience in travel, and we’re looking for a few college students to join us from day one.

You don’t need 3 years of experience.

You just need to be curious, creative, and someone who actually finishes what they start.

If you

- Know your way around Canva
- Can edit a decent Reel on CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- Spend way too much time on Instagram and know what makes you stop scrolling
- Have solid opinions about content
- Like travel, writing, design, photography or video
- Want to understand how a startup is built from zero
- Can take feedback and turn it into better work

You might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What you’ll actually do→ Create content for a real travel brand

→ Work directly with the founders





→ Experiment with Reels, posts, ideas and formats

→ Help shape how Escape Story looks and sounds

→ Build work you can actually put in your portfolio

→ See what happens when an idea goes from “let’s try this” to actually going live

Some ideas will work.

Some will flop spectacularly.

That’s the point.

⏰ 8–10 hours/week

? 8 weeks

? 5–6 positions

? Currently unpaid In return, you get mentorship, real responsibility, portfolio-worthy work, and a front-row seat to building a company from scratch.
