About the Role

RedCube Digital Media is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 3+ years of hands-on Social Media experience, preferably from a digital marketing/social media agency background.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling multiple client accounts, developing social media strategies, creating content plans, coordinating with creative teams, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X/Twitter.
- Develop content ideas, captions, reels/scripts and platform-specific content.
- Coordinate with designers, video teams and other internal teams.
- Monitor social media performance, insights and KPIs.
- Prepare and present social media reports and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and content formats.
- Communicate with clients regarding content, campaigns, approvals and deliverables.
- Manage multiple accounts and ensure timely execution of campaigns.





Must-Have Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant Social Media Management experience.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing / Social Media Agency is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X/Twitter.
- Robust content writing, caption writing and social media strategy skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, insights and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Good understanding of current social media trends, reels and content formats.
- Candidates must be comfortable with daily Work From Office in South Delhi.

Not a Fit If

- Your primary experience is in SEO, Performance Marketing, PPC or Digital Marketing without hands-on Social Media Management.
- You have worked mainly as a content writer without managing social media accounts.
- You do not have agency/client account handling experience.
- You are looking for a remote or hybrid role.
- Your experience is primarily internship-level or unrelated to Social Media Management.
