About the Role

RedCube Digital Media is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 3+ years of hands-on Social Media experience , preferably from a digital marketing/social media agency background .

The ideal candidate should have experience handling multiple client accounts , developing social media strategies, creating content plans, coordinating with creative teams, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X/Twitter .
- Develop content ideas, captions, reels/scripts and platform-specific content.
- Coordinate with designers, video teams and other internal teams.
- Monitor social media performance, insights and KPIs.
- Prepare and present social media reports and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and content formats.
- Communicate with clients regarding content, campaigns, approvals and deliverables.




- Manage multiple accounts and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Must-Have Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant Social Media Management experience.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing / Social Media Agency is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously .
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X/Twitter .
- Solid content writing, caption writing and social media strategy skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, insights and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Good understanding of current social media trends, reels and content formats.
- Candidates must be comfortable with daily Work From Office in South Delhi.

Not a Fit If

- Your primary experience is in SEO, Performance Marketing, PPC or Digital Marketing without hands-on Social Media Management .
- You have worked mainly as a content writer without managing social media accounts.
- You do not have agency/client account handling experience.
- You are looking for a remote or hybrid role.
- Your experience is primarily internship-level or unrelated to Social Media Management.
