Fruxinfo Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result oriented SMM Executive to manage Social Media Marketing activities and generate business leads through digital marketing.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing Meta Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads Lead Generation Content Marketing Social Media Management and Social Media Analytics.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to grow the company social media presence generate quality leads and improve marketing performance through organic and paid social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company social media accounts including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube
Plan and execute social media marketing strategies
Create and manage social media marketing campaigns
Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Generate quality leads through social media marketing
Research target audiences competitors and market trends
Plan monthly social media content and marketing calendars
Create ideas for posts reels stories videos and promotional campaigns
Write engaging captions advertising copy and promotional content
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better results
Track leads reach impressions clicks engagement cost per lead and conversions
Test different audiences creatives campaigns and advertising messages
Coordinate with graphic designers video editors and content creators
Manage social media comments messages and customer engagement
Build and improve social media presence and brand awareness
Research trending topics hashtags and competitor activities
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports
Identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition
Stay updated with Meta Ads social media algorithms trends and digital marketing tools
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in SMM Social Media Marketing Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Good understanding of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
Knowledge of social media lead generation
Understanding of audience targeting retargeting and campaign optimization
Valuable knowledge of Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies
Good communication and content writing skills
Creative thinking and ability to develop new marketing ideas
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Ability to analyze campaign results and take corrective actions
Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets
Experience in an IT company Digital Marketing Agency or startup will be preferred
Candidates with a proven social media marketing portfolio will be preferred
Freshers with strong practical knowledge and relevant portfolio may also apply
Immediate joiners will be preferred
