Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.

- Collaborate with the Design, Content, SEO, and Google Ads teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.





- Build online communities, maintain brand consistency, and generate qualified leads through social media initiatives.

- Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.

Qualifications Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Social Media Management.

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social media campaigns.

- Valuable understanding of Google Ads, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.

- Creative, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
